Joseph F. Aliceaacosta, Managing Partner
Mr. Aliceaacosta has over twenty five years of energy management, consulting, energy marketing, project management, asset optimization and risk management experience through the utilization of strong operational, technical and organizational skills.  Mr. Aliceaacosta's experiences include working for Conoco Inc. for over 17 years where he held various positions in the crude oil, refining and marketing, -and natural gas business sectors. His experience also include time with Perry Gas Companies, a niche retail natural gas marketing company prior to starting Quantum. Mr. Aliceaacosta holds a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Texas-Austin.

Wayne LeBlanc, Senior Executive Director
Mr. LeBlanc has over thirty years of extensive sales and marketing experience across many different business lines with a focus on evaluation and needs analysis, increasing market penetration, channel management and sales and service deployment.  Mr. LeBlanc has been active in the Texas deregulation of electricity since it's inception, having served as a founder of Utility Choice Electric, one of the first Retail Electric Providers in Texas.  Mr. LeBlanc holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Charles R. Perry, Advisor Emeritus
Mr. Perry has over 5 decades of experience working in a vast number of segments in the energy field. Mr. Perry initially worked in the design of gas processing equipment for over 15 years before starting Perry Gas Companies, Inc., which became recognized worldwide for its expertise in gas treating, gas processing, and gas gathering and transmission. Mr. Perry holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
